Pete, our Quality Manager, brings 38 years of expertise at PA, holding a recent MSc in Strategic Quality Management. Co-founder of Illustrious Healthcare Solutions, he blends extensive experience with cutting-edge knowledge.

With PA since 2016, our HR Manager boasts 21 years of experience and holds a University of Portsmouth MBA in Strategic Leadership and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources (CIPD). Paul’s friendly and reliable demeanour contributes significantly to fostering a positive and effective workplace environment.

Sofaya holds a Bachelor's in English Literature from Cardiff University and is pursuing a Masters in Creative Writing. She manages social media, content writing, marketing strategy, and project management.

Andy, our Machine Shop Manager at Portsmouth Aviation for 12 years, boasts 40+ years in aerospace machining. Leading a cutting-edge shop with 30 CNC machines, his expertise in small batch programming and commitment to precision and efficiency define our success, earning him industry leadership.

Steve, with 21 years' painting experience, began in his dad's shop, winning awards. At PA for 11 years, he's risen to team leader. Holding an Institute of Materials Finishing Technician Certificate, he excels in paint lacquer, varnish, and powder coating, earning distinctions and named the best student in 2022 by the IMF.

Stuart, a skilled Tradesman and Fabricator with VT/BVT and BAE background, played a vital role in Queen Elizabeth Class Carrier construction. Spearheading Continuous Improvement at Portsmouth Aviation, he evolved into a proficient Welding Engineer and Fabrications Manager, displaying a relentless pursuit of excellence.

John, our Treatments Manager since 2021, brings extensive specialist metal treatments knowledge to the company. He oversees one of the South's most comprehensive treatments facilities, contributing significantly to our operational prowess and achievements.

With a decade at PA, Jay, a seasoned manufacturing engineer, holds Level 3, HNC, and HND in Manufacturing Engineering. Achieving Level 5 in Management, he pursues a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Portsmouth, showcasing a commitment to education and innovation.
