Aerospace Defence Security Space (ADS) has recently formed a Young Professionals in Defence Forum (YPDF) to involve and engage the workforce of the next generation. The Forum meets quarterly and provides an opportunity for it’s representatives to network across industry as well as share methods of best practice.
Portsmouth Aviation were asked to nominate a young professional for the Forum to represent the company and the decision was made to select Ben Baker as our representative.
On Monday, 5th December Ben attended the launch of the YPDF in London which was also well attended by Government, MPs and Industry Officials, as you can see from the photographs...well done Ben.
