Congratulations to Simon Escott (known to his colleagues as “the Boss”) who received his award for 25 years service on 1st September. Simon joined his father and grandfather in the Escott family business directly from college, becoming Managing Director in 1998. As a special treat, sticky buns were given to the staff to mark the occasion, some of whom commenting on how ‘fresh faced’ Simon was back when he started.
