Our data logging products are designed, manufactured and certified to be Intrinsically Safe and, where required, compliant with ATEX regulations for hazardous environments.
Our standard products include:
- OME Defender – Intrinsically Safe/ATEX approved. This product merges existing TinytagTM knowledge with Infra Red data transfer technology.
- Intrinsically safe/ ATEX approved temperature and/ or humidity loggers with or without remote probes for use in hazardous and potentially explosive environments.
- Non-Intrinsically Safe loggers for use in the monitoring of electronic equipment and medical and pharmaceutical products.
- Vibration and shock loggers to record the handling conditions experienced during transportation.
Data Loggers for use with Ordnance Munitions and Explosives (OMEs)
Our Data Loggers monitor and record the environmental conditions experienced by the munition throughout its transport and storage life. Exposure to such extremes can cause both chemical and physical degradation, so knowledge of the conditions experienced is essential in maintainability of the safety and integrity of the munition. Conversely, evidence to show that a munition has experienced only benign conditions can support potential service life extensions and reduce Through Life Costs.

In addition to the data loggers, we are able to provide a tailored support package to include data capture, translation and analysis and a data logger maintenance and calibration service. This support work can complement and enhance ongoing surveillance programmes
Additional Capabilities and Benefits:
We are able to provide bespoke logger packaging for specific munitions’ applications with the capability of measuring and downloading temperature and humidity data remotely from sealed into munitions containers. This enables efficient monitoring of the stores without the need to disrupt the munitions container and associated store during transit or storage operations.
Results of temperature evidence provided by data loggers in recent military operations have prevented the in-theatre disposal of stocks and resulted in significant cost savings.
